Oh... basically... Chibiusa/Rini sneaked back into the past (the first time) with the help of Pluto, because future Crystal Tokyo was under attack. Yada yada. The second time she came back, it was to make friends and for Senshi/Scout training.
She's a pink-haired nightmare. LOL. hate her. she never treated Usagi-chan nicely.
